[HCDX] KKSC Nebraska 1020 on from April 1

Hopefully no April's fools; the CP for 50/1.4kW in Nebraska will be on as
KKSC from April 1.  This per info from the CE of Waitt Radio (KKAR, KOZN,
KOIL etc).  They will run directional patterns both day and night - alas I'm
afraid the night pattern won't favour Scandinavia.
