[HCDX] QSL RTM Sarawak

RTM Sarawak seems to work on old reports. Although a report for a
reception on 4895 kHz from Feb. 11, 2000 had been verified by letter
after 4 weeks, I now received 2 (!) detailed QSL cards showing the
broadcasting house. This card is still the same as one I got in 1986.
The name of the V/s is not readable.
