[HCDX] UNID 1593

Hi out there,
On Feb 25th at 22.25- I heard a British station on 1593 kHz, broadcasting 
promos about Radio Caroline and telling the address to their sales 
organisation and also their website. Couldn't get any other identification. 
What is this? Is it a British "pirate" or...? Please help me!
