At 2110 UTC on Feb 23, 2002 I heard with great copy RCI programming on 4800
khz running // with 4820 khz and // with the live real audio feed from the
China Radio International website.

I would like to know where the transmitter locations would be for the 4800
khz and 4820 khz frequencies.
