This in Wolfgang Büschel's latest BCDX 562:

TADJIKISTAN   4760 [via Dushanbe-TJK 100 kW], R Liberty, at 0145. Tuned
into M with long talk and brief word from W ancr. Difficult this evening
to tell if prog ended with mx. S-off was exactly 0200 but signal quite
weak. Have listened to this freq for the last few days and have hrd a stn
sign on once at 0100 precisely, and another time at 0108.

5775  Dushanbe here around 1630-2000 UT, instead of 5800??

Am 10. Febr von 1630 bis 2000 UT (s/off) auf 5775 kHz non-stop-Musik (Stil
in etwa wie Tadschikistan und weitere Umgebung.

Im vergangenen Jahrzehnt hat Dushanbe meist die Frequenzen 5800 [und fuer
persisch-sprachige Geheimsender auch 5830] belegt. Jetzt hat Sofia
Bulgarien den Kanal 5800 in Beschlag.

Und Dushanbe-TJK ist [moeglicherweise] auf 5775 ausgewichen ???
5775 1730-1900 f?r CIRAF Zonen 27-30, DB 100 kW in Richtung 305 Grad.
Gerade mit schwachem Signal auf 5775 gehoert, mehr als 50 Kilowatt sind
das nicht. Die waren zu Sowjetzeiten staerker ... (WB df5sx, Feb 11)

But why don't they annoucne anything?
