Heard this morning with fade-in at 0515 UTC  the new WDHP(or maybe WCHP)Fredriksted, American Virgin Islands on 1620 kHz. Talk format but a break with local ID for WRRA Talk -12-90 , WDHP 16-20 and WAXJ -103,5MHz  at 05.55 UTC. 
Very strong here in Sweden at our local sunrise.
