[HCDX] New release of ParaDise, THE program to control the AR7030

For those of you having a AR7030 it might be interesting to know
that I have released a new version of my control program for this Rx,
called ParaDise version 4 or PD7030V4.

The most important improvements in this new version are a renewed
main control window and a redesign of memory management.

In case you want directly download the program, look for the
files P7030V4A.ZIP (2.3 MB) and P7030V4B.ZIP (3MB)
