My comment :
For heaven's sake, let this be free forever, what you put into it can be used by
anybody, anytime, anywhere, and if anybody disagrees with that policy my advice is to get yourself a publisher, have it printed and distributed the way you feel might serves you best.
An opened can is open, and trying to weld it closed together with its old content still back in it is pure fantasy.
