RE: [HCDX] RFE/RL for Afghanistan

It has started. Victor Goonetilleke says the shedule is:

0300-0400 UTC on 7230, 15345, and 17725 kHz
1300-1400 UTC on 11920 and 15525 and 17725 kHz
1700-1800 UTC on 6170 , 9785 and 11920 kHz

I do not, however, have information about the transmitter sites.
