[HCDX] DW with 'FMish' spurs

Yesterday 24 during bandscanning and today 25.1   I have found 3 spurs of DW 
of 11615  on the flollowing freqs : 
12975 fair 14610 good and 15405 fair
with programming in romanian on 0845  and presume serbian after 0930? ( did 
not check the time) 
Muffled modulation, supposedly 'FMish'  , but Yupiteru 7100 today  seems not to 
decode it on FMN . Better listening is on AM wide. Main receiver is Phillips 
D2935  on office. 

Moreover: some ute logs on 24: 

17329 Riga R , LOcal at 1100, 1200 on office  and S9 max with R75 on house. 
ID and freqs ( 24, 25 ) 
1695?5 ZMR , ZUI testing at 75 bad , S2 at 10 db preamp  [house R75]
17179 FUG , RYS 1320 
14487 Poacher?  with 98342  1200 
16986 CTP with NAWS 1327 
17147 URL  CQ s 1327
