[HCDX] UNID on 9895 kHz

Hi All,

Thu (Jan-16) I found an UNID station in this frequency, with talks
in japanese (?), instrum. music, children voices (gospel station ?),
QRM from a statioon with tlks in english around 0425 UTC
saying  "... the voice of ...", SINPO-344444.

Any information about this is very welcomed.
