[HCDX] ADMIN: New partner - Coverage Maps

Everyone,

I am happy to announce that Hard-Core-DX.com have a new feature and partner
on our web site. Jari Perkiomaki from Finland has opened specialized section
for coverage maps. These maps are predictions of signal strengths for 
various shortwave stations. Maps can be used to estimate the best time or
probabilities to listen to them around the world. 

Jari is using VOACAP - Point-to-Point High-Frequency Ionospheric Communications 
Analysis and Prediction Program to create these forecasts. Currently we have
maps for Radio Finland and Radio Sweden available for January through March but
more will be available as soon as he will have results ready.

We are very pleased to have this co-operation with Jari. His unique
information can't be found from anywhere else and together with other
our partners we hopefully can serve DXers one more step better.
