[HCDX] UNID 5562.05v

Radio friends,
I heard an UNID station on 5562.05 (varying)between 16.10-17.10 UTC today, 
January 7th. I need help with the identification, please! It didn't sound 
like a clandestine and performed news at 17.00. No language could be 
identified because of bad QRN and very dull audio.
