[HCDX] More on Libyan reactivations

Following the recent reports of Libya, I heard the 1100 - 1230 UTC Broadcasts today on 17695,
21630, 21675 & 21695 kHz.  All freqs carried the programme 'Voice of Africa' with an English
News Bulletin from 1146 UTC till 1154 UTC, followed by News in French. 15435 kHz was also heard
carrying the same programme at this time, So it is on at least 5 frequencies at this time.
