[HCDX] Mexican 660 station

[HCDX] Mexican 660 station
While in Manitoba during the holidays I heard a station on 660 kHz in
Spanish. Going over the tape it sounds like XEW?J. Power given as 40,000
watts. Mention of San Luis Potosi. Any ideas?
