[HCDX] CJME Switch

Greetings all!

The tape loop on 980 kHz Regina, SK announces the CJME switch will take
place tomorrow morning.  So I suspect 1300 kHz & 980 kHz will run // for a
couple of months.  This AM CJME was still IDing as 1300 CJME NewsTalk with
no mention of a switch to 980 kHz.
