UAE  15400.00  Radio Dubai  1617  Reference previous reports of frequency
inconsistencies for Dubai: Looks like they're playing the 5kHz game here now,
vice 15395. This is parallel 21597.6 instead of their originally coordinated
frequency of 21605. The 15400 signal was completely obliterating the BBC
African Stream, and mixed with R Finland at 1630. What a mess. (Fine 03 Jan)
