Below are  a series of  logs made on 31,12  Could not use my computer for many reasons 
that canot be refered here. 

New station? AUSTRIA 17815 R Africa Intl 1125 (rep of Congo based ) 1125 with nice 
afro pops , ID  by man  as ?R Africa Intl ? from the democratic republic of Congo - in 
French- ? programme pour la culture et la democratie ?. 1130  with news in VN  then 
back to French  with news at 1133  and mentions of Rwanda .  and  a program of music 
and talks in French afterwards Sign off at 1200 . Signal S9 , 44433 .

Following logs are of 31.12

JAPAN and New year?s program :  12020 NHK 1039 with  trailer IS/ID of NHK in 
Japanese and English Signal S5 to S9 or 34433 Also 17685 has been found on 1155  
both being in parallel to 15165 kHz ( via Dhabbaya UAE )  for the live musical program 
for the year change. At 1220 seems to be back to German  for 12 and 17MHz   slots but 
later again back to New Year?s musical  program  . 15165 seems to sign off at 1400 but 
at least 12020 continued to carry New year?s musical program and after 1500  . Gongs 
for year change started from 1445 Liangas 31.12 Thessaloniki Greece 

CHINA  and new s New year?s program: Unfortunately I have not  found any appropriate 
frequency to listen after 1600  the Years Change in China as did for many years ago 
except 2k-20001 . I tried  the 9650  which after 1600 changed to CNR8  with Uighur

CHINA NF 17705 CNR  1257 with songs then adverts. Time at 1300 then again ads

CHINA? 12040  CNR 2  1310 soft music and talks by man and woman  then ads  Strong 
signal S9 at Yupiteru 7100 Parallels found  in R75 were-S levels in parentheses- : 9680 
(9) , 9565 , 7245(9), 7330(7), 7390(9) Liangas 31.12 Thessaloniki Greece

SEYCHELLES 15095.23  FEBA 1318  with Bamar folk songs  Signal S9 Sudden QRM 
at 1320 on 15092.5  with  Quranic verses  then Arabic songs . Could not utilize other rx 
for parallels that time Liangas 31.12 Thessaloniki Greece
