[HCDX] DEUTSCHE WELLE, 3995 KHz
Wow.
I am hearing Deutsche Welle on 3995 KHz at from about 0600 onward
(it is now 0711), on 31 Dec 2001. It is weak, but for me, what a
catch. I usually never hear Europe on this band.
I'm using a 1/2 wave dipole for 80 meters - and an Icom 706MKIIG.
