The current IBB schedule, updated today (23 December) is on the Web at
http://sds.his.com:4000/fmds_w/schedules/cur_freqsked.txt

4760 is supposed to be Radio Liberty in Tajik, not VOA. Transmitter is
Dushanbe, Same site used for 5005 at 1500-1700, also listed as R Liberty in
Kazakh and Kyrgyz. There's also 5035 from Dushanbe at 0200-0300 listed as RL
in Kyrgyz.

Maybe the transmissions heard on previous days were engineering tests?
