[HCDX] Radio Blagovest

Hi again,
Radio Blagovest, mentioned in both Glenns mail and in BC-DX, was heard from 
Radio Veritas with good strength on 9660 kHz, but one hour later than 
mentioned, which means 1430-1530. The e-mail address didn't work, so I hope 
the Moscow address is OK!
