Nepal heard with a good signal yesterday.  Best I've heard them thus far
this season.


NEPAL	7164.4		Radio Nepal	1415	8 Dec
		Nice clear signal with English news read by a man, starting with the PM's
remarks about SAARC.  The news was followed by a special weather bulletin
for a mountaineering expedition.  Winds were 100 to 110 knots at 9000 metres!
