[HCDX] Update

Hello all,

during the last days all (29.000+) URLs in the radio-portal database were
checked regarding their availability. The links therefore are up-to-date.
DSL made it possible ;-)

You can see the date of the last check as well as the result of it
(available / not found etc.) on the result pages of any search.
