[HCDX] Another new CHINA on 4820 kHz ?

Hi,
last night (NOV 28) I heard my new transmitter from CHINA on 4820 kHz.
I am quite sure I have not heard during my monitoring of China since
November 17.

Times in UTC.

2240 - CNR news (relayed by regional stations nationwide)
2300 - CNR 1 relay (delay 2,5 seconds to 4800 kHz which is the strongest CNR
1 transmitter from west China in my area)
0000 - program in (Vietnamese...Korean...?)
0020 - strong signal (pre Sunrise improvement?)

Almost every night brings something worth noticing from China.
