[HCDX] New CHINA transmitter on 4750 kHz ?

Hi,
last night (NOV 28) I was surprised by a strong signal from China on 4750
kHz. What I heard was (times in UTC):

2153 - orchestral music
2159 - male announcement in Chinese, modulation breaks
2200 - "Beijing Time..." in Chinese, modulation break .... short piece of
orchestral music ... modulation break... silence, but carrier on ...
2220 - National anthem, ID sounding like "Tsung chao renmin guangbo
diantai". Modulation unclear, readability limited.
2230 - CRN news (this news is relayed by regional stations nationwide).
2300: ID in Chinese, a "normal" program, not in // to CNR 1, CNR 2 ...

Another signal heard in background between 2200-2220, it seems to be Hailar
which I heard about a week ago in what sounded Mongolian at 2300...

It seems to be a new transmitter located in western part of China. The
signal still audible at 0140 UTC when transmitters from Beijing area already
faded out because of daylight.
