Solomon Islands has been 24 hours on MW/SW for at least a couple of months.  I believe this started shortly after September 11 (I don't know if that was a coincidence or not).  They relay the BBC after 1100 UTC. We heard them with a strong signal 11/12 during the most recent Grayland DXpedition.
