[HCDX] Xinjiang provincial

Hi,

Right now I'm getting fair reception of Xinjiang provincial
radio from China, in the city of Curitiba, in the south of
Brazil.

I'm using a Sony 7600G with 60 meters of wire in a loop on
the grass, coupled to coax feed line using a TV balun.
I must be lucky.

FREQ	UTC	SIO	Station details

4500	0120	233	Xinjiang provincial radio from China, traditional
			chinese music with what seemed like news between
			0122 and 0130; signal quality improving lots at 0150
