[HCDX] UNID station on 4745 kHz

Hi,

while chasing Chinese stations last night (NOV 21, around 2330 UTC) I found
a very weak signal on 4745 kHz. All I heard was a man talking.

It is only an inspiration for your possible further monitoring.
