I also heard it today at 14.00 utc, but did not get any Id from it. It was very weak when it faded in.
Here in Sweden where I live I hear very often WFLA on 25870 kHz.
I will try for the French station the next days.
But there is a lot of QRM from russian stations in that band. It seems like they are som sort of "CB" stations.
