[HCDX] UKE Senderen

UKE Senderen in Norway is drifting a bit. For the past couple of hours it has been on 7215.05 kHz, but around 1244 UTC it suddenly drifted upwards to approx 7215.12 kHz - but not stable for long. A couple of minutes later it was on 7215.15 kHz.  

Signal remains fair-strong during daytime here in Denmark - but modulation/processing is poor, and it's often difficult to understand the talk. Btw: I've never hear them ID as "UKE Senderen" but they ID very often as "Studenter-radioen"
