[HCDX] UNID ON 8700KHZ

Hi list,

That unidentified station was heard here in New Zealand from 0510 UTC
until it closed abruptly at 0530 UTC without anthem or any apparent sign
off message. 

Unfortunately, it was at about the same level as the lightning static
but sounded to me Middle Eastern as did the one item of song/music
heard. Used USB to dodge that teletype a little lower. Will try again
for an ID.
