[HCDX] This leaflet gives the schedule for American broadcasts

The BBC News page

http://news.bbc.co.uk/hi/english/world/south_asia/newsid_1601000/16012
73.stm

has a picture of a leaflet dropped down in AFG :

"This leaflet gives the schedule for American broadcast"

says the text. The leaflet shows a transmitter, two playing radios (They
look like cassette recorders, not like wind-up-radios ! .. And the sound
comes out of the antenna as it seems ..)

Text seems to be in Arabic (or in Arabic letters at least) and it includes
numbers. my 'translation' : 8700 (864) on one side, 10 - 5 (?) on the
other

If you read from the right side (remember, its Arabic) it turns out to be
5-10, which corresponds with the broadcasting hours on 8700 kHz in
local AFG time 0500-1000 (0030-0530 UTC) (as published by BBCM)

They were clever enough to cut the picture in the middle of the schedule.
