As first reported in DXLD Oct 13, by Robin L. Harwood, Tasmania, BBC 
Monitoring says his 8700-USB unID is the US Psyops feeder for Afghanistan, 
in Dari and Pashto with no IDs, heard Oct 14 and 15 at 0030-0530 and 
1230-1730 UT. Details in upcoming DXLD 1-149, or at
