[HCDX] CFZZ

Semi-local CFZZ 104.1 (St-Jean-sur-Richelieu) returned on the air a week
ago or so, but verry weak with interferences from a stronger semi-local
CIME-103.9. Did they have any tx probelms ? They used to be much
stronger !
