[HCDX] WRTH/PWBR website stalls

Terry,

I am still having the same problem I told you about weeks ago: clicking on 
any of the icons, they just shift slightly to the right, and lead nowhere. 
Surely I am not the only would-be user to whom this happens. Does not your 
site need reworking to fix this? I do a lot of surfing, and do not encounter 
such an anomaly elsewhere.
