[HCDX] UNID 693

I listened back to the tape on the UNID 693 a few more times and it did
sound like something I had heard before. In checking the WRTH I found
NHK 2 does have news in Portuguese from 0900-0910 UTC. No wonder it
sounded odd, Portuguese with a Japanese accent. I have heard their
Spanish before, but not Portuguese.
