[HCDX] Coverage forecasts for YLE R Finland

In an attempt to be of service to YLE Radio Finland's listeners abroad, I
have made a set of coverage maps (forecasts) that illustrate the quality of
their signal in the months of September and October 2001 in all target
areas. The receiver is supposed to be a portable set with a whip antenna.

There are five colours on the maps that are used to illustrate the
reception quality as follows:

red    = excellent
yellow = good
green  = fair
pale blue = poor 
gray (+ white) = bad

The pages are in Finnish but basically contain the same info as given here.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that these maps do NOT by any means represent the
official view of YLE Radio Finland as regards to their coverage around the
world. These maps (forecasts) reflect my personal views only, based on a
certain statistical assessment - use (and believe) at your own risk...
