[HCDX] Test software for RX320 and log

Hi, last night I spent my time in testing the new version of
Scan320 and Scan320DB for Ten Tec RX320. If you need info:

They works well. Everything is easy to learn and use, also in
Latin countries. A lot of feature. This is a log generated with
this software while listening to the stations. (I didn't insert
the utility)
