[HCDX] Funny on 6155

Hi,
I am still pondering o n the fact that from 0130 to 0200 the Irish are  there on 6155 kHz,
with a program which was broadcast about seven hours earlier on their own  home network.

It's  very good. All of it. It's "5- 7 Live" or whatever they call it. But just exactly 30 min. 
Not one second lost or gained.On and off.

Surely a data-ignited  re-broadcast. Their studio reporter says  "... ten past five ",   when my clock says  something quite different. 

I have assembled  the courage to write to RTE1 asking what the devil is this, and for what ? . So far no answer . 

I am sure that  Irish  & UK friends  of  HCDX  will fill me in.
