KRAQ  The Voice of Castlegar 6940.40 on with SIO of 5-5-5.  0300  Several 
transmitter breaks.  Lots of profanity.  Program about 
moonshine.  Castlegar is in the interior of BC, so pretty local for 
me.  Anyone else hearing them.  AM.  Announcing 6940.45.  No phone or
