[HCDX] Unid LA on 3355

Hi,
I tuned an unidentified Latin American station this morning at 0330 UTC on 3355 kHz sharp,  this sounded like peruvian,  but the signal was very poor and decreasing all the time due to sunrise just 30 minutes before.

Any ideas?
