[HCDX] Help ID: Station on 9445kHz

For the past six months I have been listening to a very interesting 
station at 9445kHz. Between the hours of 8:00-11:00pm EDT 
(2:00-5:00Z) this station has a music program that plays a 
combination of Middle Eastern, Soviet, Eastern European music, 
interspersed with what sounds like news. I don't understand the 
language, though it sounds mildly Arabic. Steering the array from 
my location, the direction is predominantly 45deg, or Europe. Can 
anyone enlighten me to the station??
