UNIDENTIFIED

3319.76, UNID, Aug. 15, 1848-1900*, Non-stop easy mucis with high female
vocals. Just before 1900 what sounded like a 2+3 TS, followed by a brief
male announcement in unidentified language. Then another tone. Weak
signal. Not Radio Sonder Grense, which was on 3320.0 and not supposed to
S/off at this hour. Maybe Pyongyang BS, which according to ILG is
scheduled 2100-1900? (Veldhuis)
