Hi, the FEBC answered my mail about 11895 promplty.
Note the coming schedule for the programa in Tagalish. I
haven't heard the name of that combination before.
In the first message from Deutsche Telekom I just noted the
qrg 11895 kHz and the adress to them, it said Jülich, so I presumed
it was from that site it was to be broadcast. But it's
Wertachtal.
For those who love to listen to different languages, try
Tagalish !
