[HCDX] Radio Shanson 103,5 MHz ?

Hi !

I heard a Russian station Radio Shanson on 103,5Mhz on 27th July. 
Does anyone know what is the QTH and address for Radio Shanson of 
this frequency ? I did not find a single Radio Shanson station on 
103,5 Mhz from European FM Handbook. All help is welcomed.
