[HCDX] Ghana and India spurs

As reported earlier on this list, Ghana 3366 puts out spurs
in the 90 mb area. July 12th at 2100 UT noted weak but readable
spurs on appr. 3205.2  3285.6 and 3446.4.

July 12th at 1750 UT on 6300.2 heard AIR Urdu Service in parallel
with 4860 and 6045. I don't know if this is a tx spur or maybe
(hope not) a rx mix. I use ICOM R-71. Signal on 6300.2 was
rather weak, on 4860 strong and on 6045 fair with qrm.
