It is LV del Napo without any doubts. I myself listened to that station on
April 28th of this year. According to my DX logbook they used the following
ID: "Radiodifusora cultural la Voz del Napo, la emisora cultural católica la
Voz del Napo desea muy buenas noches".

Unfortunately I havn't any idea. I also would like to know, what you have
heard here.
