[HCDX] Mail to India

Hi:

I want to send a follow up to Delhi for my reception of Nagpur-1566 a
couple years back. I sent the origional report to AIR at Nagpur, but it
was returned in recent months. Does anyone know how the mail service is
in India these days? I want to send a cassette tape with my report.
Should I enclose US $1 for return postage? Any ideas? Registered?
