[HCDX] Congo 6713.3 and 6828.4?

6828.4 Tent. Congo (ex-Zaire) station June 8th at 1940 in French.
There seems to be some kind of ID ceremonies at the TOH but
signal is too weak for me. Closing time seems to vary day by day.
At recheck 2017 was gone. Some listings say this is Bunia.

6713.3 Tent. Congo (ex-Zaire). June 8th at 1930. Very weak USB
audio heard at times. Too weak to identify language. Bits of
music heard sounds African. There is usuallu a fair carrier on this
freq. but not sure if it originates from the same station. The audio
pops up at times for couple of seconds. Some listings say this
is Bukavu. Also this carrier had disappeared by 2017.
