[HCDX] chirp sounders

hello all,
this has been cross posted - sorry.

does anyone know if there is any software (preferably FREE!) for pc's that
will enable them to rx the chirp sounders (ionosounders?) transmissions?
also if there is has anyone used it and is it any good?
